Spicy Buffalo Bacon and Brussels Sprouts Popper Saute Keto and Low Carb
Got a hankering for something Buffalo, Cream cheese and poppers?
Saute’s make my day. It is a low carb and Keto way to get in my green veggies. It doesn’t have to be just asian flavors. Here I have made something that gives you the Jalepeno Poppers kind of meal.
Spicy Buffalo Bacon Brussels Sprouts Popper Saute
Buffalo dipping sauce
1 -2 oz of cream cheese (microwave 30 sec)
2 tbs of FRANKS RED HOT Buffalo Sauce
2 oz of bacon cut into bite size pieces. Saute until bacon in cooked and getting crispy
Utilize the bacon grease as your fat to saute these ingredients.
4-5 Brussels Sprouts cut in half or quarters
3 Portabello Mushrooms sliced
1 jalepeno pepper sliced
Saute over med heat until veggies are tender.
Serve with Buffalo Cream Cheese
